Any sort of competition questions belong in whowouldwin. AskScience and AskHistorians exist for that. r/whatiffiction, a sister subreddit, has rules more accommodating to these sort of questions. General questions are discouraged without a firm set of in-universe rules, most of them boil down to "whatever the writer chooses" in terms of answers.
